Dialo is a man smitten at the worst possible time. He comes across the love of his life Rianna Jackson (Tabitha Brown) while being on House Arrest. Dialo and his cousin Pookie struggle to overcome, the specter of Westcoast gangs, living in the ghetto, and dealing with the criminal justice system.
