Equally, it has been confirmed (and is only a day away at the time of writing this) that BBTV founder THE LAZY I (me) will be doing his(mine) first live show in 2 years - supporting the excellent local purveyor of fine music, JackDaniel, on Saturday 20th June at the Walnut Tree Shades in Norwich.
You can discover more about Jack and The Lazy I in the Local Artist section on the BOOMBOXtv website - needless to say, after the hiatus, I have been having a couple of rehearsals and am getting myself match fit for the show. There is also talk of another little support set in November , but no details as yet.
And, finally, the BBTV exclusive Music Video Channel - MusicBox - has had a complete overhaul. Inactive links and vids are all gone now , and the channel has reverted from being dedicated solely to the work of TLI to an Open Access music video channel. This means it is now dedicated to broadcasting unsigned & grassroots musicians and performers alongside the music vids of some of the biggest names in the music industry - and we are ALWAYS open to submissions for music video content.
To get your video up on the MusicBox channel simply use the contact form on the home page to send us your YouTube links. Simple as that.
well, I THINK that is pretty much everything up to date so far - loads more work on the horizon this end as usual, but I will aim to keep you informed on the As-And-When.

Has it only been a measly 9 days since the last update? Time flies when you are having fun, as they say!
Last time out I gave confirmation about a new upcoming BOOMBOX live show, but details were scant at that particular time - it has now been confirmed that Norwich/Ipswich based titans ICARUS VISION will be returning after a 2 year gap - POSSIBLY with the long-awaited debut album in tow, wonders will never cease. They will be joined by long-time BOOMBOX stalwarts HOOK and MODERN MOTIVE.
There is, of course, a dedicated page on the BBTV website for both these gigs - but there has also been some more improvements with regard the OnDemand and Live TV facets of the site.
I’m 99% confident I have now normalised all of the text across the hundreds of pages , as well as attaching SEO alt text to every image on site (which was a laborious task, I can assure thee of that).
Several of the entertainment categories & genres have had a refill with new titles (with yet more titles to come) so you can get your fill of a tonne of new entertainment.
I have also cleaned out and totally rescheduled all of the Live TV channels, which means you can again enjoy 24hr rolling television on-site.
