Time flies when you are having fun, as they say!Last time out I gave confirmation about a new upcoming BOOMBOX live show, but details were scant at that particular time - it has now been confirmed that Norwich/Ipswich based titans ICARUS VISION will be returning after a 2 year gap - POSSIBLY with the long-awaited debut album in tow, wonders will never cease. They will be joined by long-time BOOMBOX stalwarts HOOK and MODERN MOTIVE.

How Do, Constant Viewer - There has been a rumble in the East Anglian music grapevine of an imminent return to Norwich of the near-legendary BOOMBOX live music nights, of which BOOMBOXtv plays a role. This rumble has now been confirmed to be extremely accurate - if we are judging it by the several intriguing posts that have appeared across social media platforms today, seemingly posted by the mysterious & shadowy The A.I.R Events organisation.

How Do, Constant Viewer - I feel it would probably be best to precursor this latest foray into the BTS’s of the East Anglian music scene by stating clearly that the following …. Tirade?… whistleblow?… (whatever you’d call it) isn’t aimed at any one specific person - rather it is a look at a worrying trend/culture within the scene that has persisted for generations, and still does today.
